[ << LeeAundra Temescu - 3e partie ] Speech efficiency - 4e partie

About communication. << It reminds me of the advice for giving a good speech. First you tell them what you're going to tell them, then you tell it to them, and then you tell them what you just told them. The frame of the first and last part makes it much easier to put the more wordy stuff in context. [...] It does point out that we better will know what something is if the borders or frames of it will give us a very good hint. >>

Three sad news:

° My deepest thoughts to the victims of this awful tsunami.

° Codolences to Will Eisner's family: a great master has gone :-(

Unconditional love...

Wow, that's neat, says programer and social networker Flemming Funch about Google Suggest, still in its beta test version.

What is cool to me is not particularly that it will auto-complete what I'm trying to type. I'd normally prefer just to type what I'm typing, rather than getting strange suggestions. But they show me an instant drop down thing that shows the number of matches for the various possibilities. I don't even get how they can do that, confesses Flemming Funch. There are some people at Google who're wizards with JavaScript and CSS. They do some impossible things in gmail as well.

Anyway,
sums up Flemming Funch, this suggest thing is a neat tool for exploring search terms very quickly.

Public speaking - 1st part [ exclusive interview - 2nd part >> ]

What kind of speaker are you? An Evangelist, an Entertainer, an Educator, an Executive, an Energizer, an Exhibitor or an Eulogist? Rhetorical analysis expert LeeAundra Temescu, one of the - american - nation's foremost training consultants (training company SkillRamp), involved into Florida Atlantic university's programs, estimates that a huge percentage of a professional's income depends on his/her presentation skills. According to this famous Californian consultant, projects are financed because a buyer likes the idea and because the buyer likes the PERSON behind the idea. Empassioning. She's a top communication consultant who teaches executives, celebrities and other people who really need to be heard, explains Ellis Henican, columnist for Newsday. She is also a great networker! Feel free to become a member of LeeAundra's Ryze club.

Thomas A. Edison (1847-1931), who was a pragmatic genius, is supposed to have said: "I never failed once. It just happened to be a 2000-step process." It is obvious he was a typical persister, according to Taibi Kahler's process communication!

Ludique, original, sérieux : definitely AAA graded, pourrait-on dire.
